Select what you want to calculate, then fill in the two known values:
- Pace: Enter the total distance (in miles or km) and your finish time (in hours, minutes, seconds). The calculator shows your average pace per mile and per km, plus your speed in mph and km/h.
- Time: Enter the distance and your target pace (minutes and seconds per mile or km). The calculator shows the projected finish time for any race distance.
- Distance: Enter how long you ran and your pace. The calculator shows how far you traveled. Useful for treadmill runs where you know the time and pace setting but want the distance.
The results also include a pace conversion table showing your speed at each common unit (min/mile, min/km, mph, km/h), making it easy to compare to treadmill settings or GPS watch data.
